May Life Disrupt You Enough

Sending warmest wishes to you as we turn into a new year.
My wish for each and every one of us: to allow life to disrupt us, enough…

In this time of deep noise and disruption,
What are you feeling... and experiencing?
What are you seeing... and understanding?
What are you hearing... and listening for?

May you allow life to disrupt you enough.
May you, layer by layer, release the stories that bind you.
Release the scripts that live you.

May you let go of ideas about what must be true,
what must happen,
and what must not happen.
Let go of actions that are, in essence, distractions.
Let go of needs that are not needs after all.

To listen.
Listen for what is real.
Listen for what is necessary.
Listen for what truly requires attention, care, love, commitment.
Listen for what is yours to be, yours to do.

May you allow life to disrupt you enough
To listen beyond the noise,
Dancing with the emergence,
That life may live you.
